International or Rush Orders
We are happy to ship internationally or to rush orders–just email us before you place your order. If you’d like us to use a different shipping method email us before placing your order and we’ll work out the details.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases from Empire Delicious®. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns for exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that you wish to make a return. We must receive the item for return within 15 days of the original ship date. We cannot pay for return postage or refund shipping costs and all goods must be received in their original condition. Items should be shipped in their original packaging. We cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit, so we strongly recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation.

We do our best to provide detailed descriptions of the products we carry. Colors vary from computer screen to computer screen and some of our products are handmade and will have slight variations reflecting this. Please contact us if you would like more information about specific products that you’re interested in. For throw pillows we will be happy to send you swatch cards. For any product we’re happy to send additional photos or answer any questions before you purchase.
Artwork is sold unframed unless it says otherwise. Larger pieces ship in 6-inch wide tubes and smaller prints ship flat. We like to use a white wooden frame that is 3/4 inches wide. If you like the way we’ve framed the art in the photos on our web-site and you’d like to buy a piece of art with a similar frame, we can arrange that and ship the piece framed. Contact us and we’ll discuss the details.
You can register for items in our shop using myregistry.com. It’s a good way to add items from multiple stores into one registry.

Rhode Island state sales tax of 7% is applied to orders shipped within Rhode Island and New York State sales tax is applied to orders shipping to NY.
